What’s your guarantee?


We guarantee your prosthetic will be made to your satisfaction or we will adjust or replace at no additional fee. Some restrictions do apply and those are outlined on our remake, warranty and payment policies document. A copy of this document can be obtained at anytime by emailing us at support@vanguardprosthetics.com




Do you have free shipping?


Yes, we usually deliver if you are in our local area otherwise we will ship the prosthetic in protective packaging to prevent any damage.




Do you offer custom shade matching?


Yes, we offer custom shade matching. You can send your patients to our office for a free custom shade match. We charge $100 if we have to come to your office.




Do you make gold teeth?


Yes, we offer both noble and high noble for both crowns and implants. Gold, while not as aesthetic as the more modern materials is the king for durability and for not damaging opposing teeth.




Do you make wax ups?


Yes, we offer wax ups for $50 that can be used in working with the patient to demonstrate what the final work will look like.




Are you made in America or are you importing cheap crowns?


Our products are made here in the USA. Our employees all live in the USA and we do not contract offshore labor to design our products. While we know less reputable dentists and labs think nothing of pocketing a few extra dollars by buying a cheap crown offshore and having it air freighted in and charging the full price to the unsuspecting patient. That is not who we are.




Do you offer technical support


Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions. We follow the Kois Protocol and can assist in developing a treatment plan to ensure the highest probability of a successful outcome. Can you do Model-less prosthetics?


Yes, we have customers who have transitioned to digital impression scans and eventually to model-less once we have been able to establish they were consistent in their scans. It takes 11 crowns to make up for one crown that doesn't work out so we take the transition carefully to establish that we are getting good scans.
